EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY

Please choose carefully before you buy.

For faulty products, Great Dane Furniture offers via its stores a 14-day replacement warranty; from the date, you receive your product.

We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on products, however, we will always endeavour to keep customers happy and satisfied.

If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product.

If the product cannot be replaced, you will be offered the option of choosing another product of the same value or be provided with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.

Please note: The item must be returned by you to the store from which it was purchased, and proof of this purchase must also be presented. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days if the item is in stock. If a replacement item needs to be ordered then a member of the Great Dane team will notify you when the product is available.

Change of mind returns will be credited with a gift voucher available to use in store or online valid for 12 months.

When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:
• Your full name
• Your order/invoice number
• Reason why you are returning the product
• Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved
• Contact phone number
• Please include the original order or invoice you received with your product.
